GESTLIFE MOVES ITS HEADQUARTERS FROM EDINBURGH (SCOTLAND) TO FLORIDA (USA) DUE TO BREXIT.
The headquarters of the company Gestlife, has been located since 2017 in Scotland, when the INVESTMEDICAL group acquired the company GESTLIFE, thus expanding its presence to 7 countries. Now, due to the Brexit (the United Kingdom's exit from the European Union, which took place on 31 December 2020), a period of economic uncertainty is opening up for the United Kingdom (whose countries include Scotland), the consequences of which are still unknown in terms of the relationship between states, The company has therefore decided to move its headquarters to the United States, to the state of Florida, in the city of WESTON, a country where all types of surrogacy processes are legal, and where it is opening its own office to be able to deal, as it does in the rest of the countries, with the programmes of that country without any intermediation whatsoever. For our parents, this does not represent any change or variation, as all services are provided from our subsidiaries in the different countries. Our head office remains in Kiev, Ukraine, from where all services are coordinated. This change is a further step in the expansion policy of GESTLIFE, which has also opened offices in Argentina, Albania and the Czech Republic, where some programmes will be carried out, thus consolidating the company as a leader in Europe.
